Our Team
At RCDC, all of our instructors have one thing in common—a genuine love for dance. Our team brings a wide range of experience, from studio training to high school and college dance teams, and many have been recognized for their achievements along the way. With backgrounds across a variety of styles, we’re passionate about helping our dancers grow in discipline, technique, and artistry.
Maddi Draeger
Maddi is the owner and director at Red Cedar Dance Company. She is absolutely thrilled to be taking on this new role this year and to pour her heart and soul into RCDC. Maddi has been involved in dance in the community for the past 10 years after dancing throughout her childhood and high school years. Maddi is a Menomonie native, and danced at local dance companies during her childhood and was a member of the Menomonie Dance Team during high school. Since then, she has coached the Menomonie Dance Team as an assistant coach for the past 11 years. Maddi's other dance experience comes from directing another local youth dance program for 3 years during college. Maddi is a UW Stout graduate of the Early Childhood Education program as she has a deep love for working with children.

Katelyn is currently a student at UW-Stout studying Psychology with a minor in sociology and emphasis on clinical and counseling concentration. She participates in the gymnastics team, competing in bars, vault, and beam. She has coached since she was 14 and specializes in acro and tumbling. Katelyn is excited to take her knowledge and work with us at Red Cedar Dance Company. Outside of gymnastics she loves to do crafts, coach gymnastics, go on walks, read, and anything to keep going!
Acro InstructorKatelyn Jossie
Krista is a dance-mom through and through. She raised Ms. Maddi and her two younger sisters through dance and all of Ms. Maddi’s coaching adventures over the years. She will be assisting Ms. Maddi with lots of clerical tasks including answering emails, and other behind the scenes work. During the work day, you can find her working at Wakanda Elementary in the office- she loves working with children! Outside of work, Krista enjoys making stained glass, biking, kayaking, and spending lots of time with her 3 granddaughters! We are so excited to have her help this season.
